How often are pages checked?
Free plan users get checks every 24 hours. Premium users can set check intervals as frequent as every hour.
How do I upgrade to Premium?
Click the "Upgrade" button in your dashboard or settings page. You can pay monthly or annually and cancel anytime.
Can I get a refund?
Yes! If you're not satisfied with Premium, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
How do I set up Discord/Slack notifications?
Premium users can add webhook URLs when creating or editing a monitor. We'll send notifications directly to your channels.
Why didn't I receive a notification?
Check your spam folder first. Also ensure the page actually changed—we only notify on content changes, not every check.
Can I delete my account?
Yes! Go to Settings and scroll to "Account deletion". Click the Delete button, type DELETE to confirm, and your account along with all associated data will be permanently removed.
